You all know paella, but the gastronomy of our region has deep Muslim and Jewish roots, which have left their mark on dishes without which we cannot conceive the Mediterranean table. From the Valencian garden to the table, I offer you a tour of our gastronomic history, through cooking workshops, visits to fields and orchards, to museums (rice, horchata) and to a factory (chocolate, nougat, cheese).
